In my role as account manager, I have the pleasure of spending much of my day talking to people in the world of non-profits and social justice organizations about the great work they are doing and their visions for the future. I also hear a lot about the trials and tribulations of organizations that are often understaffed, overworked and in need of additional funding to achieve their goals.
