Way We Work: Managing Passwords
Are you using the same password for any of your Web site logins? I certainly hope not!
For those who value security and want to keep all those truly-distinct passwords safe in one place, I highly recommend Keepassx.org. This program is completely free, licensed under the GPL, and works on GNU/Linux, Mac and Windows.
For those with convenience in mind, you may be interested in an amazing (however not GPL'd) password solution for the Mac OS called 1Password. This password manager conveniently fills Web forms on the fly, even if using different browsers, and most-cleverly syncs your password keychains between computers using Apple's .Mac service and even your iPhone. To see more of 1Password in action, check out the 1Password screencast.
Be safe out there!
